Jacques Bermon Webster II, born on April 30, 1991, is better popularly known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott) who is an American rapper, singer and songwriter. The stage name is the name of his favorite uncle, with the initials and first name (of Kid Cudi), of his main inspiration, Travis Scott. Scott signed his first major-label agreement with Epic Records in 2012, along with an agreement to publish with Kanye West's GOOD Music. He signed a joint recording agreement with Epic Records and T.I. in April 2013. T.I.'s Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's debut album, Owl Pharaoh was self-released on his own in the year 2013. The project was followed by another mixtape, Days Before Rodeo, in 2014. The debut album of his studio, Rodeo (2015), was led by the hit single "Antidote". His second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first top-ranked album on the Billboard 200. Scott released his second album in conjunction with Quavo, Huncho Jack Huncho (2016). This album is his third studio album Astroworld. He also produced his first Billboard Hot 100 #1 single, "Sicko Mode" which included Drake. Scott's album JackBoys was released late 2019 by Cactus Jack Records. It made it to the top of the Billboard 200. His track, "Franchise", featuring Young Thug (featuring M.I.A. ), was released. Scott became the first Hot 100 artist to have three songs debut at the top spot in less than a decade in 2020.
