Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook, born on October 4, 1979 was an American actress. She was a baby-sitter in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (99), and Josie and the Pussycats (192001). She was also a part of in the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook is the daughter Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian and former social worker, as well as JoAnn Cook, a weaver and instructor of cooking. Part-Italian, she is also from Italian descent. Cook was able to make her public service announcement in foster care at seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a print model for children when she was 10 years old and was featured on national commercials for Target. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School, Laurel Springs School, and Minneapolis South High School.
